How are your physical conditions?
Especially when taking body size into account, some models may fall out of the selection. From a height of 1.80 m, not all models reach the neck. Conversely, if you are under 1.60 m tall, it will be more difficult to find a suitable model for a sensible foot reflexology massage. There are also weight restrictions to consider: Some armchairs are only designed for a body weight of 90 kg, others for 110 kg and a few for 120 kg or even 150 kg. Delivery and assembly
The shipping and delivery of a massage chair needs to be well planned. As a rule, we ship our massage chairs from our own warehouse and not as direct deliveries from wholesalers like some competitors. This enables us to have very short delivery times of 3 to 5 days. In collaboration with the DACHSER shipping company, we take care of the shipping and give you a reliable possible delivery period during the purchase process. If the massage chair is on its way to you, you will of course receive a notification to coordinate the exact day and time of delivery. Here you have the choice between SMS, email notification with online appointment booking or a personal telephone call from DACHSER: In our standard delivery, your massage chair is delivered “free curbside”. This means that the shipping company literally leaves the chair on the side of the road in your apartment or house. This expressly does not include any further transport to a garage or house entrance. It's now your job to use a strong helper to free the chair from the packaging and bring the parts to the installation location and, depending on the model, carry out the necessary final assembly there. Depending on the model, this is as simple as plugging in the power cable and then screwing on the side and foot sections. Last but not least, you have to dispose of the outer packaging (cardboard, plastic and sometimes also wood). However, we ask you to keep these during the 14-day cancellation period in order to make return transport, hopefully not necessary, as easy as possible. As part of your warranty, packaging is of course not required, unlike some competitors.
Premium shipping
In addition to our standard delivery, which is already included in the product price, we also offer a very cost-effective PREMIUM delivery option for a flat rate of €399 nationwide. In this case, all you have to do is hold the door open for us and we will take care of the rest. You will receive a questionnaire from us in advance to clarify the last few meters to the installation site and the condition of your premises. Warranty, service and maintenance
Our standard warranty for massage chairs runs for a period of five years and is valid at the location specified by you in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein or Switzerland - for all of our massage chair models, without exception.

We won't let you down when it matters most
Error or problem
If there are errors or problems, the process is very simple and direct: contact us, whether by phone or email, we will try to narrow down the problem and fix it. If it is unavoidable that a repair is required, we will undoubtedly take care of it and send our own service staff on the trip to do it. This usually happens 2-4 weeks after you have contacted us.
If a repair is not effective or an exchange can no longer be prevented, we will also send our own service staff to you and arrange for an exchange.
So you don't have to keep the packaging for years or worry about sending it in. We think that such customer-oriented service cannot be found everywhere.

Maintenance
Are you wondering how often you have to service a massage chair?
There is a simple answer to this and, in our opinion, a pleasing one for you. A massage chair generally does not require any technical maintenance for private use.
We compare the effort with that of a washing machine: here, too, there is a lot of rotation and there are bearings and seals. But honestly, how often have you carried out technical maintenance on your washing machine?
Of course, it can make sense to check here and there every few months, especially after intensive use, to see if there are any visible changes anywhere. However, if you use it regularly and properly, there is no reason why your massage chair will last a long time.
