Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (P4P Solutions GmbH, Max-Holder-Str. 25, 73630 Remshalden, telephone number: 0715120525995, Email address: widerruf@massagesesselwelt.de) inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we must repay to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
If you have requested that the services for which the contract provides for the payment of a price should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us an appropriate amount which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Reasons for exclusion or expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.
In the case of a contract for the provision of services that obliges the consumer to pay a price, the right of withdrawal expires with the complete provision of the service if the consumer has expressly agreed before the start of the provision that the entrepreneur begins to provide the service before the end of the withdrawal period and has confirmed his knowledge that his right of withdrawal expires with the full fulfillment of the contract by the entrepreneur.
In the case of a contract where the consumer has expressly requested the entrepreneur to visit him to carry out repair work, the right of withdrawal expires with the complete provision of the repair services, if the consumer has expressly agreed before the start of the provision that the entrepreneur begins to provide the repair services before the end of the withdrawal period.
